Today it is sunny and in the mid 70′s…. really.
In other news: I’m burning through 3 big projects right now so I can’t stay long.
Just wrapped up a press conference here in the gallery and it was fun. We had numerous individuals from the metro chamber and the city’s office – including the mayor. We were announcing the new Tulsa Lawyers for the Arts program. Which is kind of awesome. Here are some of my notes:
- Tulsa Lawyers for the Arts is a new organization created to provide legal assistance and educational programming to artists and arts organizations in Oklahoma at little to no cost.
- Supported by the Tulsa County Bar Association (TCBA) and serviced by Tulsa attorneys on TCBA’s new Entertainment Law Committee
- Provided to artists and arts organizations, including musicians; songwriters; photographers; filmmakers; painters; poets; graphic designers; actors; theatre companies; dance troupes; museums; and artists from other disciplines
- Organized and developed by Chad Burris, attorney of counsel for Doerner, Saunders, Daniel & Anderson; chair of the Entertainment Law Committee; and owner of Indion Entertainment Group (IEG
- Endorsed by the City of Tulsa and Tulsa Metro Chamber
