Congrats to @bowlerjim for finding Frank this afternoon! I would have posted this sooner but I have been traveling. This photos rule… Don’t forget – Michael is still chillin in UNC – No more clues will be given, he is tucked away and safe.

A few weeks prior to this event I came up with an idea to do a trailer for our next art show. No posters, no postcards – just a raw look into the artist’s mind and life. Most people go to art shows and never know what the artist is like, what their voice sounds like or what they look like. It’s a shame, because that is almost more important than the forms they paint or capture – understanding the creator makes the work that much more powerful. At least it does for me.
We shot about 30 minutes worth of footage. Thanks to Jason Burks.
My trusty Assistant Editor Rebecca and I cut and deleted and trashed and added and subtracted and a few hours later we arrived at something we both agreed on was “perfect”.
I love this piece.
And I hope you all do as well.

I just received the PASTE summer festival guide and all I have to say is I wish All Points West was in Oklahoma. Aside from having ONE cohesive marketing campaign [My biggest problem with most “festivals” are their terrible marketing campaigns –

With that being said, there has been a lot of downtime to contemplate many different things. Including but not limited to: Patience, friends, life, social media, travel etiquette, photography, love, smiles, work, research, faith, perseverance, character, honesty, eyes, communication, hate, fear…

My little sister posted a note on twitter saying: “True Blood didn’t suck..”
Was she satisfied with her True Blood experience or not? Using the words “didn’t suck” at the end of a sentence is so hot right now. You can also use other variations of the phrase, such as “wouldn’t suck”
